fresh prawns gently simmering in a cast iron pan with diced garlic and fresh parsley and a splash of napoletana sauce

calamari fresh calamari loaded with mouth watering salt and pepper floured, served with our chef’s tarter sauce

large Tasmanian mussels sautéed with white wine, fresh chilli, basil, garlic and Napoletana sauce
